I am a huge fan of the Off-Campus Series but I'm afraid the Briar University's first installment in the series have failed to impress me as much as the prior. And I was so looking forward to it since I WAS CRAZY ABOUT THE BOYS IN THE OTHER SERIES, GOOD GOSH! WHO THE HELL WOULDN'T?!

As hot damn and steamy this book was, this was more on pure LUST category rather- no matter how it's implied otherwise.

Don't get me wrong, I love that the main characters from the previous series are incorporated but I was really having a HARD TIME connecting with Fitz and Summer, especially how completely wrapped up they were for the sexual attraction sparking between them and I'm kinda irked how they threw the L word when I can't even see it for myself when I was on the receiving end. Also, this did not sound FORBIDDEN as hinted or even from the book cover itself.

Coming across this statement, you'd presume that it's more like on the forbidden grounds as Summer...

SPOILER! Well, you asked for it- Summer Hayward De Laurentis is actually Dean De Laurentis' little sister and you'd get the gist that's where the blurb came from... but eeeeeengk. wrong. Just read the story and you'll find out. To be more precise, this was BARELY an issue.
